Aircraft Twirls Wildly into Palm Fronds at Popular Southern California Beach
A helicopter soaring above a popular southern California shoreline abruptly commenced twirling wildly, ultimately dropping height and plunging into a row of palm trees as spectators watched.
Recordings shared on the internet depict the chopper beginning to twirl above the shoreline then falling towards the perimeter of the shore, where it gets stuck among palms and a staircase adjacent to the shoreline route.
Rescue Operation Update
Local firefighters reported five individuals were taken to hospital involving two who were in the helicopter and were “rescued from the debris” following the accident on that day.
Three people on the street were injured. Information on their wounds were still under review.
The reason for the accident was not immediately released.

The department said the helicopter was linked to an annual “Cars with Copters” benefit occasion set for the next day.
